Kampen Advantage Municipal Income Trust II (VKI), Invesco Van
Kampen California Value Municipal Income Trust (VCV), Invesco Van
Kampen Pennsylvania Value Municipal Income Trust (VPV) and Invesco
Van Kampen Select Sector Municipal Trust (VKL) (the "Funds")
concluded their joint annual meeting of shareholders. The matters
considered at the annual meeting were the election of trustees.

At the meeting, preferred shareholders of VKI, VCV and VPV
elected the following Trustee:

At the meeting, common shareholders of VKL elected the following

Rod Dammeyer
No vote was held by preferred shareholders of VKL with respect
to Linda Hutton Heagy due to lack of
quorum of preferred shareholders at the meeting.
