Petrobras signs business evaluation agreement with Yara Brasil
Fertilizantes S.A.

Rio de Janeiro, February 28, 2024
– Petróleo Brasileiro S.A. – Petrobras informs that it has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Yara Brasil
Fertilizantes S.A. (Yara) to study potential business partnerships for local initiatives in the fertilizer segment, production of industrial
products and decarbonization of production.
The MoU signed is of a non-binding
nature and is aligned with the strategic elements of the 2024-28+ Strategic Plan, which aim to prepare Petrobras for a more sustainable
future, contributing to the success of the energy transition.
