("LGX" or the "Company") (TSXV: OIL) wishes to comment on the unusual recent market activity in its stock.   Although it is generally the Company's policy to not comment on market rumours or activities, the Company advises that it is not aware of any undisclosed material change that would account for the recent market activity.  As previously disclosed, the Company intends to release its annual operational and financial results for 2014 on March 24, 2015.
