MILAN (Thomson Financial) - Alleanza Assicurazioni SpA CEO Ugo Ruffolo will
tender his resignation at today's board meeting, news agency Radiocor said
without citing sources.
Ruffolo's resignation has been included on the meeting's agenda at the last
moment, Radiocor said.
A spokeswoman for Alleanza declined to comment on the report.
The board meeting started at around 3:30 p.m.
