MILAN (Thomson Financial) - Banca Popolare di Milano's chairman Roberto
Mazzotta could be appointed chairman of the oil group Eni SpA, replacing Roberto
Poli, the daily MF said, without citing a source.
The newspaper highlighted that Mazzotta could retain his job at the bank
until the end of his mandate in 2009.
Eni is due to hold on June 9 or 10, a shareholder meeting to renew its
board.
