MILAN (Thomson Financial) - Banco Popolare's supervisory board chairman
Carlo Fratta Pasini is considering management changes at the bank, the daily MF
said, without citing sources.
MF said Fratta Pasini is sounding out the availability of some top managers
to take on operational roles at Banco Popolare.
One manager approached for a possible position at the bank is Sandro
Salvati, former CEO of Toro Assicurazioni and Alleanza Assicurazioni SpA.
MF said that officially the position of Banco Popolare CEO Fabio Innocenzi
is not in question.
