LONDON (Thomson Financial) - Capital & Regional PLC said Hugh Scott-Barrett,
most recently chief financial officer at ABN AMRO, will take over as the chief
executive from April 1 to replace Martin Barber, who in December 2007 announced
his intention to retire.
