PARIS (Thomson Financial) - EDF and Delmi, a unit of A2A, agreed over the
weekend to renew for a further three years their shareholder pact that controls
Italian energy company Edison, EDF told Agence France-Presse.
EDF and Delmi jointly own Transalpina di Energia, which in turn has a 63.3
pct stake in Edison.
