ROME (Thomson Financial) - A Rome-based administrative court cancelled a
combined 11.3 million euros in fines imposed by the antitrust agency to Acea SpA
and Suez unit Suez Environnement, the news agency Radiocor reported.
In November, the antitrust authority had fined Acea and Suez Environnement
8.3 million and 3.0 million euros respectively for alleged restrictive practices
in the water sector.
