LONDON (Thomson Financial) - Finland's Loparex Group said it has agreed to
sell Loparex Oy (Lohja plant), Loparex Ltd (Glossop plant) and printing and
slitting terminals in Poland and Thailand to South African-Anglo paper group
Mondi Plc. for an undisclosed amount.
Loparex, which is owned by ABN-Amro Holdings NV, said the sale would allow
it to focus on value added products and expansion in emerging markets.
