MILAN (Thomson Financial) - Mediaset SpA deputy chairman Piersilvio
Berlusconi said he expects that 2008 will be "a great year" in terms of audience
and advertising for the television company.
In an interview with the daily Il Corriere della Sera, Berlusconi said that
so far advertising revenues are rising and audience levels are "brilliant."
Mediaset previously said that it expects 2008 advertising revenues to rise
by more than the 1.1 percent increase booked last year.
