MILAN (Thomson Financial) - Italian cooperative bank UBI Banca said it will
propose for shareholder approval on April 29 amendments to some articles of the
corporate by-laws.
The bank said under the planned changes, the 2.75 pct retained from yearly
profits for employee social security purposes will be accounted as staff costs.
