ESSEN, Germany (Thomson Financial) - Hochtief AG. said it has won several
contracts in Poland worth more than 180 million euros.
The company's Polish unit is to build three new office complexes in Warsaw,
Krakow and Katowice, a complete glass production facility and a timber sheet
factory. In addition, the unit will also extend a refinery and modernise and
extend a sewage treatment facility.
The biggest single order -- worth 57 million euros -- is for the
construction of a product facility for glass manufacturer Euroglas Polska.
