LONDON--Vodafone Group PLC (VOD.LN) said Monday that Group Chief Commercial Operations and Strategy Officer Paolo Bertoluzzo will be leaving the company on July 8 to become Group CEO of ICBPI, a financial and payment services company in Italy.

Mr. Bertoluzzo joined Vodafone Italy in 1999 as strategy and business development director. He joined Vodafone's executive committee in 2012 as regional CEO for Southern Europe. In 2013 he was appointed to his current position, the company said.

The mobile operator said it will be announcing Mr. Bertoluzzo's successor in due course.
