LONDON--Mobile carrier Vodafone Group PLC (VOD.LN) said Tuesday that it and telecommunications company Liberty Global PLC (LBTYB) have completed the transaction to combine their Dutch operations to form a 50:50 joint venture.

The U.K.-listed company said the joint venture, VodafoneZiggo Group Holding B.V., will create a fully-converged national communications operator in the Netherlands.
