Reckitt Benckiser Group plc (the "Company" or "RB") announces
the following change in the interests of a Director in ordinary
shares of 10 pence each in the share capital of the Company
("Shares").
The Company was notified on 8 November 2017 that Adrian Hennah,
Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer, purchased 2,285
Shares on 8 November 2017 at a price of GBP65.66895 per share.
Following this transaction, Mr Hennah has a beneficial holding of
92,166 Shares in the Company, representing 0.0131% of the total
voting rights of the Company.
