Pound Rises Vs Most Majors Ahead Of U.K. Unemployment Data

At 4.30 am ET Wednesday, the Office for National Statistics is
slated to issue UK unemployment data. The ILO jobless rate is seen
unchanged at 4.3 percent in three months to September.
Ahead of the data, the pound rose against the yen, greenback and
the franc but fell against the euro.
The pound was worth 148.94 against the yen, 1.3021 against the
franc, 0.8969 against the euro and 1.3199 against the greenback as
of 4:25 am ET.
