Dollar Retreats Vs Most Majors After U.S. CPI, Retail Sales

Following the release of U.S. consumer prices and retail sales
for October at 8.30 am ET Wednesday, the greenback traded mixed
against its major rivals. While the greenback retreated from its
early highs against the euro, yen and the franc, it changed little
against the pound.
The greenback was trading at 112.76 against the yen, 0.9867
against the franc, 1.1837 against the euro and 1.3165 against the
pound around 8:32 am ET.
