Share capital increase following the exercise of stock
options

Air Liquide (Paris:AI):
The Board of Directors during its meeting of February 15, 2022
noted that from September 1st, 2021 to December 31, 2021, 417 441
new shares with a par value of 5.50 euros each had been issued
pursuant to the exercise of stock options.
As a result, Air Liquide’s share capital effective immediately
stands at:
2,614,100,703.50 euros
Divided into 475,291,037 shares with a par value of 5.50 euros
each.
