L'Oreal to Buy U.S. Skincare Brand

L'Oreal SA has signed an agreement to acquire U.S. skincare
company Youth to the People, it said late Wednesday.
The French beauty company said the brand is expected to post
sales of $50 million in 2021.
"Its skincare expertise based on healthy, vegan, high-efficacy
formulas make it a very strategic addition to L'Oréal Luxe,"
L'Oreal said.
Financial details of the deal weren't disclosed.
