The European Central Bank has published the accounts of the monetary policy meeting of the governing council held on July 20 and 21. After the release, the euro changed little against its major counterparts.

The euro was trading at 136.20 against the yen, 0.9619 against the franc, 0.8432 against the pound and 0.9983 against the greenback around 7:35 am ET.
