The pharmaceutical giant on Thursday raised its full-year guidance after reporting a swing to a profit and higher sales for the third quarter, beating expectations. AstraZeneca also said it has dropped plans to submit its Covid-19 vaccine Vaxzevria to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, ending a long-running campaign to sell the vaccine in the U.S. Shares were recently up 5.42% at $64.36.
