Grant of Options under the Company's Sharesave Schemes
and Director/PDMR Shareholding
Jet2 plc, the Leisure Travel group, is pleased to announce that
under the Company's UK and International Sharesave Schemes, which
have been introduced to encourage wider employee share ownership of
the Company (the "Schemes"), options to subscribe for 5,424,608
ordinary shares of 1.25 pence each in the Company ("Options") have
been granted on 1 September 2022, with over 60% of eligible
colleagues joining the Schemes.
The Options have an exercise price, calculated in accordance
with the rules of the Schemes, of GBP7.66 per share. Subject to the
rules of the Schemes, participants will be able to exercise their
Options within six months commencing from 1 October 2025 subject to
the participant's continued employment.
Under the UK Sharesave Scheme, the following PDMRs of the
Company applied to participate in the Scheme and have been granted
Options in the amounts shown below:

The Company continues to operate all of its share plans within
the 10% in 10 years share plans dilution limit.
