Availability of 2023 Annual
Report and Accounts
The Company announced its Unaudited
Preliminary Results on 26 March 2024. Following the completion of the audit by Grant Thornton on 28
March 2024, the 2023 audited Annual Report & Financial
Statements (Report) for the year ended 31 December 2023 has now
been published, and is available to view on the Company's website
or via the link below:

The Report together with the Notice of the 2024 Annual General Meeting
(AGM) and Form of Proxy will be sent in due course to all
shareholders by either electronic means or posted to those who have
elected to receive hard copies.
The 2024 AGM is scheduled to be held
at the Company's registered office on Tuesday, 11 June 2024 at
10am. Shareholders will have the option to join the AGM in person
or via the Investor Meet Company platform.
