Corporate Update

Intosol Holdings Plc (LSE: INTO) advises that the board of directors (the "Board") of the Company, confirms that it is reviewing working capital for the next twelve months to ensure a going concern of the business and informs the market accordingly.

The Company is in discussions regarding continued funding from insiders which may or not include making an application to the UK Listing Authority to cancel the listing of Company's ordinary shares (ISIN: GB00BFYY4Y44) (the "Ordinary Shares") on the Of cial List and the London Stock Exchange and the admission to trading of the Ordinary Shares on the London Stock Exchange's main market for listed securities. The Company will update the market in the near future.
