IX Europe PLC (AIM: IXE), Europe's specialist datacentre services provider,
announces that all of the resolutions proposed at the AGM held on 19 April were
passed.



As a result of this approval, the Group's name will change from IX Europe plc to
IXEurope plc once registration of the change is confirmed by Companies House.
