Nichols plc, the diversified soft drinks Group, announces that
it was notified on 8 June 2022 that David Rattigan, PDMR and Group
Chief Financial Officer, purchased 150 ordinary shares of 10p each
in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 8 June 2022, at a price of
1,274 pence per Ordinary Share.
As a result of the above transactions, David Rattigan's interest
in the Company is 5,465 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.015% of the
issued share capital.
