Cancellation of listing and admission to trading of Stagecoach Shares

Further to the announcement by Inframobility UK Bidco Limited and Stagecoach on 26 May 2022, Stagecoach confirms that the listing of Stagecoach Shares on the premium listing segment of the Official List and the admission of the Stagecoach Shares to trading on the main market of the London Stock Exchange were each cancelled with effect from 8.00 am today, 28 June 2022.

Capitalised terms in this announcement, unless otherwise defined, have the meanings set out in the Offer Document published by Inframobility UK Bidco Limited dated 22 March 2022.
