Issue of Shares

On 11 November Secure Trust Bank PLC (the "Company") issued from its block listing authority 2,353 new Ordinary shares of 40p each to satisfy the exercise of options under the 2017 Save as you Earn Plan. These shares rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary shares in issue.

As a result of this issuance, the total number of Ordinary shares in issue is 18,691,434 and the total number of voting rights in the Company is 18,691,434. There are no shares held in treasury.

This figure (18,691,434) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they may determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
