Secure Trust Bank PLC ("STB") announces today that it has published admission particulars dated 24 February 2023 (the "Admission Particulars") in connection with the issuance of GBP90,000,000 13.000 per cent. Fixed Rate Reset Callable Subordinated Notes due 2033 (the "Notes").

The Notes are expected to be admitted to trading on the International Securities Market of the London Stock Exchange on 1 March 2023.
