The Supplementary Prospectus dated 14 February 2023 (the "Supplementary Prospectus") supplementing the prospectus dated 27 July 2022, as previously supplemented on 22 November 2022 (together, the "Prospectus") relating to a EUR8,000,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme of Severn Trent Plc and Severn Trent Utilities Finance Plc as issuers and Severn Trent Water Limited as guarantor of notes issued under the programme by Severn Trent Utilities Finance Plc.
