Large US telecom operator expands IQGeo footprint with mobile field solution

IQGeo (AIM: IQG), a developer of geospatial productivity and collaboration software for the telecoms and utility industries, is pleased to announce that one of its existing large telecoms customers has signed a major new contract for IQGeo's mobile capabilities to support field construction activities. This enterprise license extension has a software value of c$900k and will enable access for the organisations entire field workforce.

The existing customer will deploy IQGeo's mobile software on phones and tablets with field crews to capture and optimise construction and planning processes for its FTTx network expansion activities. With thousands of employees and contractors across their organisation already using the IQGeo software every day, the new contract demonstrates how an end-to-end IQGeo solution can continue to scale up as customer requirements grow.
