Update on Publication of 2021 Accounts

Ukrproduct Group Limited ("Ukrproduct" or the "Company") announces that due to delays in the audit process caused by the Russian invasion of Ukraine and the ongoing war, it will be unable to complete its audit for the financial year ended 31 December 2021 and post its annual report and accounts ("Annual Report") by 30 June 2022. As a result, trading of the Company's shares will be temporarily suspended at 7.30am on 1 July 2022. However, Ukrproduct aims to complete its audit and post the Annual Report by the end of August and in any event will endeavour to do so as soon as possible. A trading update setting out the Company's unaudited results and financial position is planned to be made later this month.
