Annual Report & Notice of AGM - correction of time of AGM

Following the announcement made on 7 June 2022 (RNS: 8723N ) the time of the AGM was incorrectly stated as 10:00 am. The correct time of the AGM is 10:30 am as per the notice of AGM that has been sent to shareholders.

"Further to the Group's results for the year ended 31 December 2021 published on 17 May 2022 (RNS: 6900L ) the Board of VLG confirms that the Annual General Meeting of Venture Life will be held on 20 June 2022 at 10.30am at the offices of Simmons & Simmons LLP, Citypoint, 1 Ropemaker Street, London EC2Y 9SS.

Copies of the Company's Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2021 have been sent to shareholders and are available to be viewed on the Venture Life website: www.venture-life.com"
