Volex plc (AIM:VLX) announces that Jeffrey Jackson, Non-Executive Director, purchased 2,500 Ordinary Shares of 25 pence each in the Company at a price of 255.24 pence per share on 24 February 2022.

Following this purchase, Jeffrey Jackson holds a total of 12,500 Ordinary Shares in the Company representing approximately 0.01% of the Company's total issued share capital.
