--Spain's MasMovil is in talks with Vodafone Group PLC over the potential acquisition of the U.K.-based telecommunications company's subsidiary in the country, El Confidencial reports, citing sources.

--According to sources, "all options are on the table," El Confidencial says.

--However, the deal will have to wait for comment from the board after the recent intervention of activist investor Cevian Capital, which has called for a restructuring of Vodafone's non-profitable markets, El Confidencial reports.
