Vodafone Group PLC said Tuesday that Chief Commercial Officer Alex Froment-Curtil is leaving the company at the end of the year to return to France.

The U.K.-based telecommunications company said it plans to announce a new commercial chief in due course.

Mr. Froment-Curtil joined Vodafone in 2004 and has held a number of senior commercial roles within the group.
