Cian PLC (NYSE: CIAN, MOEX: CIAN) (“Cian”, the “Group” or the
“Company”), a leading online real estate classifieds platform in
Russia, announces the results of 2022 Annual General Meeting (the
“AGM”) held on September 30, 2022. As reflected in the voting
results below, all the agenda items proposed for consideration were
approved by a majority of the votes cast by shareholders of the
Company personally present or represented by proxy at the
meeting.
Regarding approval of the Annual Report and Financial Statements
for the year ended 31 December 2021 as well as Consolidated
Financial Statements as of December 31, 2021 and for the year ended
December 31, 2021 and Management report (Item No. 1 of the Agenda),
