Sodexho Announces Executive for Risk Management for North America

GAITHERSBURG, Md., May 15 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Sodexho
(NYSE:SDX), the leading provider of food and facilities management
services in North America, announced today the appointment of Peter
B. Rosiere as Corporate Vice President for Risk Management,
reporting to Thierry Amat, Senior Vice President & Chief
Financial Officer, with responsibility for the U.S., Canada, Mexico
and Universal Sodexho (remote sites management division). Rosiere
brings significant financial experience from several industries to
his new position at Sodexho, including Sarbanes-Oxley related
matters and in captive insurance company management with his prior
employer. Rosiere was Vice-President, Risk Management at R.R.
Donnelley & Sons Company in Chicago, Illinois before joining
Sodexho in April. At R.R. Donnelley, Rosiere was in charge of
global risk management, which included strategic co-leadership for
Enterprise Risk Management, accountability for all forms of risk,
insurance procurement strategy, loss control, claims management,
captive management and Sarbanes Oxley. Prior to R.R. Donnelley,
Peter served as a Corporate Risk Manager at Stepan Company in
Northfield, Illinois and as Specialist, Insurance Administration at
Amoco Corporation in Chicago. Rosiere also served as an underwriter
for one of the key global reinsurance divisions of Allstate
Reinsurance in South Barrington, Illinois. At Sodexho, Rosiere will
be responsible for integration of the company's various risk
management areas, including risk transfer, claims, physical safety
and food safety. He will manage approximately 40 managers in his
area of responsibility. Rosiere's priorities will be minimizing the
company's overall cost of risk while improving the efficiency and
effectiveness of operational support services. "Sodexho's
