(e) On November 30, 2022, the Compensation Committee of ExxonMobil
approved an increase in the annual salary of D. W. Woods, Chairman
and CEO to $1,875,000 per year; K. A. Mikells, Senior Vice
President and CFO to $1,221,000 per year; N. A. Chapman, Senior
Vice President to $1,199,000 per year; and J. P. Williams, Senior
Vice President to $1,210,000 per year. All salaries are effective
January 1, 2023.
All ExxonMobil executive officers are "at will" employees of the
Corporation and do not have employment contracts.
