Fertilizer producer Potash Corp. of Saskatchewan Inc. (POT.T) is in talks to buy K+S AG (KPUF), a German supplier of potash, Bloomberg News reported Thursday on its website, citing two people familiar with the matter.

Talks between the two companies are at an early stage, the people told Bloomberg.
