1426 GMT - Deutsche Telekom AG is among the most mentioned companies across news items over the past 12 hours, according to Factiva data, after the German telecommunications giant reported results for the fourth quarter and 2022. The company's adjusted earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization after leases--a closely watched metric in the industry--and revenue rose to new record highs last year of 40.21 billion euros ($42.65 billion) and EUR114.41 billion, respectively, Chief Executive Tim Hoettges said at a press conference. Price increases, savings and hedging helped Deutsche Telekom weather cost inflationary pressures arising mainly from energy and wages last year, Moody's Investors Service's associate managing director Ivan Palacios said in an emailed comment.
