so far this year there have been 27 IPO's. When it hits if the insiders ie officers are selling some shares in ht e offereing dump ASAP. Every IPO where they were included in the offering to sell shares they dropped

thanks for the PM as of now I am holding lots of ACAXW which don't ecpire until 2027 so lots of time for Chan to make his play yet not a huge amount of $$'s at risk I lightened up on AEI and out of ACAX ACAX and AEI seem like they are actually going tp be the same company.
AEI just did aa PO which is dilution. As for AcaxR I have difficulty with it as I can't get solid info.no list of holders and can't find what exactually it is or is to be transfeded into.

What i don't see is where there a difference in the warrants it just staes warrants exercise not acaxw and acaxr so sht is the advantage of acaxr? I can't find anything on the R which did trade more than thee W but the W didn't adjust the vol when I bought so that may not be accurate.
