Hope this helps, in Canada warrants mean dilution
When warrants are issued they can be converted based on the exercize price. I bought some in a stock what was trading at .30 by the time the warrants were ready to be exercized the stock was trading at the erercize price of .10 and shrotly after the price tanked to .03 cents on the conversion. The warrant offering was a disaster and trying to convert at a 66% loss the offering did not make the company any money.Administration fees were about 12 million based on proxies and issuance.

In my experience they were terrible, on the Canadian Junior exchange they are used often and the stock usually tanks. I am not sure about larger cap stocks.

Hi, ECC

Sorry. I'm trying to understand how warrants work better.

ILVMNY,

I think you posted a PM to me that was meant for someone else. I let my membership expire as I don't agree with some of what is going on with some the boards around here.

Thanks ILVMNY

I don't think I will get a chance. I am heading to Jersey soon and can't watch it this morning.

I wish you luck, it is a tough call but if you are right it could be a nice payday.

I always ask myself with these banking stocks, does Goldman Sachs have anything to gain in the Judgement?

Thanks
ECC

You could listen in at 2:00 and if she doesn't rule on it or doesn't grant it, you could then jump back out. Hearing is at 2:00.

Ecc, there's a slight chance the judge could rule in open court today on the $4b in the Wamu case. It's holding tight at .12. People are holding. It could cause a run if she does rule and grants it, at which point I'm selling my shares. If she doesn't grant the summary judgment, I don't see it dropping that much. People are holding tight for the final outcome of all this. So maybe you could buy a few shares this morning just in case. Hearing is at 2:00. Don't know if she'll rule, but she could. You can phone in and listen to the proceedings.

There were people washed off a rock in Maine and a swimmer in Florida drowned, and the some swimmers in another state injured. Too many unnecessary incidents.

I agree,

I haven't heard of any deaths from the storm but every year someone gets to close when the hurricanes pass by at sea and someone is washed in or worse.

Glad everything turned out well. I read Nova didn't get hit as hard as they were anticipating. Better less than more. I sure wish people wouldn't swim in those kind of waters or stand on rocks where they can get swept out. There's no need for those types of incidents. It's such a waste that doesn't have to happen. One can enjoy mother nature, but use some common sense about it.

ILVMNY,

I made it through. Not much went on here for wind, 70mm of rain which i believe is 3 inches in about 6 hours. I lost a big branch on one of my large sugar maples, I was outside watching it as the front of the house sheltered the wind and rain. Later I took the kids out to the ocean and I must say that was the highest waves I have ever witnessed. They say there was a 26 meter wave recorded in the Southern Waters off Nova Scotia. That is incredible!

As for the power a couple streets away went dark but I was good. Satellite was choppy most of the day.

Thanks for checking up, these storms are amazing but I prefer to watch from a distance.

I read where Nova Scotia has a lot of power out, but Halifax is supposed to hold up well.

Thanks,
I Is 9:10 local here now and the rain has just started, the winds are constant but light. The worse of it will be in the next 3-4 hours around high tide.

I'm glad you're inland. It gets so boring being trapped inside, though, especially with no electricity. Good luck with that. Will be watching the headlines.

Expected to hit as a Cat 1, that is good. Bought gas and some extra groceries today just incase the power does go out.
Winds are only expected to gust to 80mph. Went to the beach to see the big waves. Nothing left to do but ride out the storm tomorrow morning.
Eye expected to pass only miles from where I live.

I was wondering why you were without power for ten days with a Cat 2 storm. Gosh, that stinks.

ILVMNY,

It is easier to post here as this is off topic.

The hurricanes here are usually low end Cat 1’s or tropical storms and we do get our share of them. These are not as severe as anything you have went through in the south. My step brother lives in Alambama and he has had his share over the years.

The problem here is the power; we pay the highest rates in the country with poorly maintained equipment. In the past few years we have suffered power outages from things like:

Category 2 Hurricane, Hurricane Juan 2003. (This is understandable)
White Juan, 2003 1 meter of snow in 24 hours, 2004(Winds were high so I can understand this one as well)
Gay Pride Parade streamers blacked out the City of Halifax
Crows nests in power lines blacked out Cole Harbour
Salty Fog (numerous power outages that lasted for days causing damage to computer systems throughout the province)
Salty Snow (light flurries on Christmas Eve that blacked out most of the province for Christmas Eve and Christmas Day)
Early season snow storm (Nova Scotia gets a lot of snow so why is this any different)

This link explains a bit of it:

http://www.ctv.ca/servlet/ArticleNews/story/CTVNews/20061105/novascotia_fog_outage_061105?s_name=&no_ads=

Salty Snow:

http://www.nspower.ca/en/home/aboutnspi/mediacentre/NewsRelease/2008/lingeringeffects.aspx

Hurricane Juan:

http://www.ibew258.bc.ca/nsprivatepower.html

With the utilities background even a tropical storm around here can leave us in the dark for long periods of time.

I don’t fear the storms as much because we rode the eye wall of hurricane Juan for 3 hours. It is an amazing thing to experience after the storm has passed, it is scary at the time though.

Yeah, I also pay the fee one month at a time if I need it. They began pumping the company, so I thought it might be a momentum play. I'm not long and never intended to be. I learned pinks just aren't for that. I think the pump backfired because this investor decided to dump. Posters have called the CEO and others all day every day. I know they've got to be sick of the calls and texts coming from all the investors. But the CEO did say no we're not diluting. I'll explain later. Then a week later he answered a text saying a pissed off investor wants his $950,000. It could be this guy knew it was time to get out. It's not a big loss, but was hoping for a play. I would have dumped the day it ran after a juicy PR. That's all these are good for.

I only pay for my memebership when I need to PM somebody or do some DD. I have never posted 15 times a day so I don't need the membership either.

I would say he started to unload near the end of June by the looks of the charts, the incredible volume starts just before July and essentlially pushes that price to the .0002 firm.

Now there is no bid. I would think they may have to pump and dump to move more shares, then if you want that may be a time to get out.

With that type of volume there has been some reckless dilution. I must say that is the worst case of dilution I have ever seen. Before March of this year there isn't even enough volume to measure on the charts.

As for the pinkies I dont play. I think soon Canadian banks will not let you buy them by phone either.

I think this investor started dumping the first of July. Then the last couple of days, he got desperate and began dumping at .0001. Sorry I haven't renewed membership. I never use it so thought why waste the money.

ECC, that's the way it appears to me and that's what the CEO said when people texted him. I'm okay. I understand the risks now and how it all works. I learned that with Q. I just didn't understand how the bid went to zero. I don't understand what causes that to happen. I think a lot of the people on that board are unemployed and are desparate. I feel bad for them, but it makes them believe anything.

Look at filing(s) at Edgar and press releases.

They may have some good news out within the next 3-5 days also.

The bid did move up $0.05 yesterday, not much i know, but it is a start.

BTW
At yahoo it is acci.ob.
At free realtime, it is simply acci.
freerealtime has real time quotes.

What is the "corner" you suggested posting at??

As always, do your DD and good luck to all!!

G/M CJ, I tried to find a profile on yahoo yesterday - no luck. If you have one, post it on the Corner, and I'll feature this position. Have a good one! (is the ticker acci.ob, btw?)
