Correction, as per podcast today, the combined revs today are closer to $90m.
Taking an avg industry price to sale multiple of 5.25..

FV = $13.14

$GAME $1.99 had a nice accumulation day on Friday on above avg volume. There was a 6k issued today for shareholder vote on March 8th for the intended merger with Gamesquare Esports (GSQ.CN / GMSQF). Not seeing much if any social media buzz yet, likely a result of the impending deal. Jerry Jones is (GSQ.cn) and will be the largest shareholder of ($GAME) post merger. I can't see Jerry being muzzled for much longer.

This one is dirt cheap. Post merger based on ttm revs and based on issuance of shares to GSQ

P/S = 1.05
Sector P/S = 5.25
FV = $9.34 imo

GAME has really left many holding some bags, all the promise for so long ended up just being a dud. And the whole patent suit vs patent suit is a bit hilarious. Got to wonder if it's going under 4 into the 3s soon.. I think IQST will be fine, it's just been dormant and nothing seems to move the price of late. Whole OTC been in lag mode

Thx, seems now I missed the boat but no expectations here of holding above 6. Was going to grab a few if it got down to right above 5.5. Maybe best for the bag ladies as if I enter it’s sure path is down. Going to have to sharpen the tech sword before more battles with unseen forces that push stock against me. Bottoming Her Out!

Been keeping an eye, side eye that is on GAME. It's seemingly entering the channel of $5-7+ trade. There's a lot seemingly going on. There are more shares now 15.3M O/S, there's this new ATM cash machine they opened up today for up to $50M of At the money share sells to generate operating expense flows if need be out till 4/23. And, it seems that there are now options available on the ticker [https://www.optionistics.com/quotes/stock-option-chains/game]

In terms of the stock price, it has still been in a relative decline on the weekly. On the daily it looks like it wants to retest the sub 6 zone, which it seems to touch daily these days. The daily PSAR indicator actually has it in a 4 day uptrend off the previous lows. I'd be a bit worried as the volume tightens up. Saw it went under 100k volume on Fri, and today it touched about 150k. Either the interest is waning, or just less sellers and buyers care for it.

As for the charting...I would say to be capable trader. You have to know charting and particularly certain indicators:
RSI, MACD, Bollinger Bands, MAs, and PSAR. Just knowledge of how to use these indicators [on both daily & weekly] can alter ones odds drastically. Que up vids on youtube, it gets easy with repetition. https://school.stockcharts.com/doku.php ChartSchool!

What I expected occurred, down it went with earnings. Clearly, the market thought little of their numbers. From a quick day chart it pumped to $7+ & dumped into the red. Volume #'s slipping downwards.
Quick glance on the #'s ~40M run rate, losing $1/sh annually ($15M), where's this grand asset you speak of? And please don't say it's Hatchet, & is worth xyz,,clearly it's not valued by the market as such. Engine market cap sits at $96M.

Anyway hombre,,are you canuk? saw that "eh" stuck in there & thought oh this guy may have been roped into the game by the rbC/CiBc boys.. LOL. Anyway, I'm done with GAME. So enjoy the wait on it. Based on Facts- after my exit, it tanked 60c more so, I did not sell the low. And, as I said prior first week of August I expect to see new 52 week lows print.
I have let this hoe go free, and I am off to tend to the other hoes. She was a poor worker! Monday will be more dud action & diminished volume unless something significant occurs...Good luck.

Last I checked, I did not see shares in bulk available to short. You have data to prove otherwise?

Game's Gambit..

My thoughts are if they can show an earnings that allows them to be seen for the first time to the public/retail market as more than just a patent troll, it may be its last shining beacon. They have shot & missed, the NAS debut- bust! Fin Media Pumps- bust, lawsuit filings- bust. If the earnings flop, they have zero catalysts on the horizon. What are shareholder to look forward to?
The NAS listing was a long awaited & hopeful start of the next stage. Instead we see what's happened. My expectation is the release takes it to new 52 week lows.

In regards to "broken financing" Engine did manage to get debt to equity conversions & sell shares for the private capital raises. Those buyers are now underwater, and I'm sure they have the pockets to withstand the wait. What they did fail miserably at are those warrants, which to my knowledge had auto conversions at $15/$30 if the price maintained. That would have been a significant capital raise but the likelihood seems highly diminished now. Will be interesting when this ticker becomes shortable & what then occurs. The short side has been minimal since the debut.

The upside here will now become like the frenzy Wednesday trading that occurred. Pump quick, sell hard. Retail will be looking to ease those bags..or heck some may be loading up & waiting for any bump. One thing for sure, you're not going to see the 1x-5x that the IBs in Canada touted to their peeps.
This will find it's trading channel/range, as the volume normalizes to average...GAME 4Now Over!..watch for the share printing press to be turned on, keep your eye on the O/S!..Good Luck & may the Kings bless you in This Duel......Fin!
