Maybe this is why INPH outsourced everything to VirTex. INPH's manufacturing, etc. wasn't up to the quality Nokia would want.

What IF, Nokia decided they just didn't want to acquire part of $INPH's assets, but acquire the entire company. They could get it for pretty cheap and the Penveu IMO would be in much better hands with Nokia AKA Microsoft and be much more successful.

Nokia is in sort of a state of finding itself, because lets face it, and the market knows it, their phones are becoming the next blackberry's. They are trying to relaunch them, but they should, IMO, diversify their offerings outside of phones. Maybe Penveu could offer a fresh start for Microsoft/Nokia?? The brand name Nokia holds alot of weight as far as electronics go.

What sounds better, the Interphase Penveu or the Nokia Penveu? My opinions on the latter :)

The company can then use this money to develop and market Penveu to other school districts, etc.

Furthermore, the outsourcing of production to VirTex will greatly reduce the overhead and costs for $INPH so that they can concentrate more on marketing and development.

Book Value alone with this company is $.41/share ($3.503MM shareholders equity/ 8.3MM shares outstanding).

Institutions hold 32.59% or 2.735MM shares, so the float is roughly 5.65MM shares. This thing is very undervalued IMO.

$INPH Chart – the GAP to 0.70 has officially filled – 8 red candles in a row & an inverted hammer is forming on the daily chart – an hour to go, but if an inverted hammer forms EoD it will set up the reversal pattern – the middle Bollinger Band @ 0.76 and EMA’s 4 & 8 are the Key levels to close above and turn into support –
