Let’s look at the long term chart which includes the massive reverse split earlier this year

As one can observe the highest price for a share was the day the company went public on the NASDAQ third tier ranking of stocks
It was all downhill from there
Due to the reverse split the price appreciations and the depreciations are somewhat exaggerated
Nonetheless, Troika Media became something of a cult stock in the aftermath of the Covid/Cathie Wood/Robinhood/Pandemic relief money giveaway in 2020 and 2021
Why did it go bankrupt question mark
Others may differ in how I view it
My view is the insiders who started this company and went public had no intention of building it into a profit making business
The ultimate goal was self enrichment
Those insiders now own chalets in Aspen, Colorado, McMansions in Boca Raton, Florida, ocean front homes in Malibu, California, enjoying prime rib dinners with bottles of Chateau Lafitte Rothschild in the most expensive and exclusive restaurants

The company confirmed today that there is no buyout.

Very unsettling conduct from this company. It's never a good sign when a company waits until the absolute last minute to meet filing deadlines. TRKA is already overdue for providing their audited Q2 financials and they are STILL dragging this out. Most likely bad news coming. Buyout is doubtful.

we are putting TRKA on a buy for a possible merger or buy out deal coming mid oct. we are now hearing they are having talks with a company for this too happen.
