Director / PDMR Shareholding

AO World plc announces that it received notification on 25 March 2021 that on 23 March 2021 John Roberts, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, transferred, at nil cost, 131,200 ordinary shares of 0.25p each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company to charity. As a result of this transaction, John Roberts' beneficial holding is 108,826,481* Ordinary Shares representing 22.70% of the current issued share capital of the Company.

(*holding includes 882,350 Ordinary Shares held by Sally Roberts, a person with whom John is closely associated, but excludes Ordinary Shares held by Crystalcraft Limited, a company of which he is a director and shareholder)
