The Company has been notified that on 18 December 2020 Harwood Capital LLP, as investment manager to NASCIT, sold 437,500 Ordinary shares of 10p each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 214.9914 pence per Ordinary Share. Following this transaction Harwood Capital LLP, as investment manager to NASCIT holds 26,662,500 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing 25.47% of the total issued share capital.
