CRH plc announces that yesterday, 23(rd) September 2020, it transferred to participants in an employee share

scheme   2,608 Ordinary Shares at prices between GBP15.54 and GBP24.51 per Ordinary Share.

Following the above transactions, CRH plc holds 14,648,311 shares in Treasury. The number of Ordinary Shares in issue (excluding Treasury Shares) is 784,992,027 .
